Problem with AGV model

Hi,
I am using AGV as tugger. AGV carries max 3 carts. and delivered to different destinations. But when agv loads 3 carts and 1st cart to be delivered to 3 buffer, 2nd cart to 2nd buffer and 3rd cart to first buffer.
But AGV first unloads 1st cart on 3rd buffer and takes round and then 2nd cart on 2nd buffer and again takes round and then unloads last cart.

Here's an adjusted model. I used the BreakTo and OnResourceAvailable triggers of the AGVs to control which drop-off points to dispatch to.
