truck and gang problems

Hello everyone, I am a starter of flexsim, I have something to ask!

1. why all the trucks form truck gang will go to the nearest networknode at the same time when I "run" the model by myself? However, I see the model by other people, their truck will stay at the original point without moving until having a job!

2, my trucks will join together to move to yard when they need working, I want them to move one by one, how can I do this?

3, when the vessel already load or unload containers, I don't why all my trucks will queue for a single crane for loading or unloading at the beginning, but I see that other cranes are available to load or unload containers and no one truck will to go these cranes.

4. I want to know how to use Pooling Dispatch Algorithm which is located in Crane Truck Gang, what is the meaning of the elements in weighted pooling search? where can I find the relevant information? Because there is not mentioned in CT help manual.

I feel very confused about them, Could You help me /.\?

i think you used only one gang. Add another gangs.Example: If you have 3 cranes, use 3 gang and connect only one crane with one gang.

If there are three gangs with 3 cranes, and if one cranes is idle, then the trucks assigned to the gangs may idle, and they may not help other cranes.
