use DELAY task in netnode

I use TASKTYPE_DEALY in netnode, and the Transporter18 just delay 30s.

But the Transporter17 is not blocked by Transporter18, it pass.

Is ture??
Or other method likes DELAY task??

First try setting the maximum content of the node to one.

Second, try toggling the operator to "Do Not Travel Offsets and Block space on Networks".

If the first one doesn't solve the problem the combination with the second should.
