Intercept the end of a travel of a task executer

Hi excuse me, how can intercept the end of a travel of a task executer?
I have a coordinated task sequence involving a crane and a task executer and it is important that after the dropping off of the 1st empty bucket from the crane, the task executer repositions itself in order to allow the crane (which cannot move on Y axis) to pick on the 2nd full bucket.
I've used a coordinated task sequence and after the dropping off task of the crane I've put a synchronization task with the crane operation, followed by the repositioning task of the task executer, after which I've put another synchronization task with the task executer repositioning and finally I've added the picking task of the crane.
Notwithstanding the syncronization task the crane makes the picking operation of the full bucket without waiting for the repositioning of the task executer.

it would be much easier for the community to help if you were able to post your model. From what you are explaining the second synchronization does not work, but to figure out why we would need to see the model.
