Flexnet Publisher Interface Not opening

We have Flexsim 6 - 20 seat network license. We are under Maintenance. Recetly we received activation keys for Flexsim 7.3. Old licence was successfully returned through the server utility and similarly the one was activated successfully.
The whole process was done as per the instructions given in the pdf document for LANlicense.
However, we are facing a problem in the third step of Reread the license files.

We have tried to open Flexnet Publisher Interface using the given links in documentation (http://localhost:8090 or http://127.0.0.1:8090) in all browsers like explorer, chrome and firefox, but in vain.

It shows "The connection was reset"

Kindly help in completing the license activation process.

Ensure that the lmadmin service is running. If you can't get it started, try reinstalling lmadmin.

Your license has been activated onto the server. Now you just need to make sure that your server is hosting those licenses for clients to see.
