About Academic(educational) network license connection...

My customer has a problem some PCs not to get the license from the network license (educational) server on using flexsim.
Yes. the customer is a university to use the educational network license of forty seats.

If flexsim network license server will have two lan network cards and two IP addresses, will the client PCs have good connection with the flexsim server without disconnection?

We want to know it from anyone to have experience about it.

Flexsim client will always look out the ip address of the license server. Hence it is good to have a static ip fo the license server. If the ip changes, it might have problem for the software to grasp the license.
