Water Conveyors?

In some process mill...

This is like a conveyor belt but the difference is that to make move o transport the flowitems it does with water. It is possible to represent this kind of movement in Flexsim?

What I do at the moment is to use 3 conveyor belts with a higher speed at the center one (simulating the effect of water), but flowitems are moving in equidistant, which is not the case here.
