Item Placement on Rack

Hello,

I have a model where by one operator has to pick up 20 items from a queu (batched), and sends them to any of the 4 racks. I want the operatot to place the batched quantity of 20 in one go on one cell. Instead, the operator is switching between different cells on the four racks and distributes them separately.

Can anyone help?

On the Rack Change the "Place in Bay" and "Place in Level" from the picklist option.

Set it to "First Available" with a maximum quantity of each bay of 20 objects.

You may also need to revise the "Flow Rule" on the Queue that batches the items.
