Banking Process simulation using Flexsim

Is someone have a case study/example of using Flexsim (or another tool...) to simulate Banking Process (administrative/information flow, credit...) not person queues at a bank teller.

I´m not sure if I understand you right. You want to simulate a information flow? Just had such ideas some time ago, but in conversation with some experts for information flow we couldn´t figur out, what sense a simulation model could have. Or better said, what to find out!
So the question is: What do you want to know out of the simulation model? The time a information needs to arrive at a special place e.g. person? Or bottlenecks where informations has to pass?

In this opinion it will be possible to build a abstract model and simulate what you want. I conceive that every action can be shown as a process and some queues between the diferent processes to store information until a person handles them and hand them on to the next process. Flexsim is flexible enough for this ;-) Only if you want to upgrade it grafically it will take some minuts more.
Would be very interessting to get to know more about steps or even results.
