Unpack an pallet
Hi Community,
I have a problem with unpack an pallet and I hope, that someone may could help me . I attached a small modell which describes my problem. I want to palletize some boxes. That is no problem. After that, I transport the loaded pallet to an separator. Now I want to unpack the pallet. The Boxes will be transported to an processor. Here the Operator should do something. Everything is working. But when the Operator takes the last box from the pallet, the following happens. He takes the box to the processor, then he takes the pallet and then he do something at the processor. What I want (And I dont know how to do ) is, take the box, do something at the processor, then take the pallet to a Buffer. I hope, I can discribe, what I mean. I have no idea how to solve this problem. Many thanks. Michael |

Hi this seems to work, I've added a couple of triggers to control when the output of the separator is open. One is on the separator and the other is on the processor.

Unpack an pallet
Hi Michael,
I think the safest thing to do would be to build your own tasksequence. In that case you are always able to control the sequence in which they are executed. But I think there is a simpler solution. I added some code in some of the triggers in order to keep the input of the palletbuffer closed until the last product has been processed. In this case the tasksequence for picking up the pallet can only be made after all the products have been processed. The only thing you still have to do is close the input of this buffer again after it has received a pallet. Hopefully this is what you ment... Regards, Rachid Kolfin |
