Floating license issue

Has anybody run into any issues with running the Aladdin Floating license server across routed subnets?

We are having an issue were the FlexSim client will run fine so long as the client is on the same subnet as the floating server. anyone else will not obtain a license.

Generally, if the client does not come from the same subnet or different router, they have to use static IP instead floating IP.
