Dispatcher and staytime problem

Hi,
I am having some problems regarding the dispatcher and transporters, pls view the attached model for better understanding. Notice that the transporter keeps picking from queue1 after some time and my question is: Is there any way to make the transporter pick from other queues that had been waiting for the longest time? I’ve tried setting priorities but it doesn’t work.
Another problem is the avg staytime of the queues, if I set the model to run for 1000 unit time, you’ll notice that the avg staytime for queue2 and 3 are shorter than queue1, this is not true since visually we can see that the items are stuck in the queue. My question is: Is there any way to update the avg staytime at the end of the run?

Attached is your model with the changes I made. I changed the Queue6 object to Pull and change the Pull From Port logic.
