Default Microsoft's . net Framework

We get the following error, trying to install Flexsim Project License 4.32:

"You must have Microsoft’s . NET Framework installed in order to install this product."

It is actually at a computer of a client, but I have never seen this message before. Is it coincidence that this is the first time or has something been changed in the installation?
I guess the solution here is to download . net framework from the microsoft website?

Hi,

Your client have not the run-time for .NET installed on his computer.
Try this link fírst, this is for version 1.1.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Bottom of that side you have links newer versions.
I am nit sure which version Flexsim needs.

Hope this helps you.

I have only seen this warning on Windows 2000 machines because .NET Framework is not pre-installed. What operating system does the client have?

If I remember right you can get the same message on Win XP without any service packs.
