New Ortho View
All,
This library will load a new ortho view into your model. The new ortho view has the library built into the side of the view as a second side bar. Also, there is a setting (On by default) that will close and open different side bar windows based on the side bar window that you open. The option is set by checking or unchecking the "Auto Group" box in View Settings. Please let me know of any suggestions or comments on the new view. Enjoy! Brandon

Hi Brandon,
Do not forget to add the menu from the standard library window (File and Edit) to the new library toolbar. One more thing. It would be good if there where some indication on the buttons that shows if the button is for library or for the other toolbar. Otherwise this new ortho looks promising. Lars-Olof |

Hi Brandon,
We like it. Besides the remarks from Lars-Olof which we support, also the following remarks: Maybe get the buttons a little bit apart Be able to resize the library. Especially with userlibraries the old fashioned style (where you have the squares) you want to be able to resize. Steven |

Hi Brandon,
very nice work! I like it. Maybe an additional idea is, to implement a third with the start, stop, reset buttons and the speed. I like the idea with less windows and not so long ways to get the needed functions. Tobias |

Guys,
Thanks for the ideas. As far as the file and edit menus that were on the old library GUI, I couldn't put them in the same spot because the new type of view didn't support that so you get to them now by right clicking on the library. When I get some time I'll try to update the view with your recommendations. Thanks, Brandon
