What about the file read commands?

It seems the string and file issues have been addressed in the v4.3. I see in Flexsim Development List_03January2008.pdf, there is a item:More commands for file
handling and string handling, including flexscript fileread commands. And it list some new commands: toupper(), tolower(), isnum(), ischar(), find_first_of(), find_last_of(), find_first_not_of(), find_last_not_of(). But in my Flexsim 4.3, these commands are not recognized. Are they in the 4.3 yet?

Also, can we read and write multiple files in v4.3?
