Need help for best modeling stratagy to build big material flow projects

Dear All,

I am new in modeling material flow projects in flexsim.
What will be the best method to model large models with material flow from multiple docks of warehouse to multiple docks of factory with multiple staging areas for container storage and truck waiting

The deliverable i need to get are
1. Aisle utilization
2. best routes for aisle congestion.
2. Material flow peaks and truffs
So by seeing the above material flow peaks I should be able to schedule the material flow equally in the given shift

Could any one suggest best modeling strategy to be followed to get appropriate outputs easily.
