State Pie not displaying name of state no >50

Hello,

I added a 51th state node into the state_profile node of a processor.
This 51th state is named "State 51" but this name does not appear on the state pie chart associated with this processor (-> NULL).
Why? How could it be fixed?

Here's the command reference for "setstate":

There are 50 predefined states. To define another state type, nodes must first be added to the stats/state/state_profile node of an object. New states will not automatically appear in standard reports, but they will appear in the default state pie chart.

For example, the attached model works as follow:
- a source sends flowitems into a queue.
- when a flowitem enters the queue, a message is sent to the processor
- when the processor receives a message, it goes to the state 51

Hi David,

Under the colours option of the pie chart property window, you can check the define names and colours to change the NULL name to State 51.

But according to the FlexSim documentation (command reference for setstate, see the first post), it should be possible to do it without creating a new state profile and by adding nodes in the default state profile node.

Yes you are right it will not be displayed in the pie chart,You have to add another new state profile or reference them with macros to display user defined states in that version.
