Are you looking for the number of objects and items?
If you are not using any Containers you can turn on the "Show Node Rank" in Tree View and substract all the nodes you don´t want to count as a object (for example: Tools Node). The number of items actually in the model you can get by using the "Work in Progress" Diagramm in the Dashboard. Getting the number of Connections seems to get an little more complicated. My idea would be to write a script that counts all Center-, Input- and Outputports of all objects in tree and devide it by 2.

Wilfredo,
here is a small sample model. Execute the script and you get the numbers you are asking for in the output console. Be aware, that the visual tool as well as flowitems will be counted as objects. Let me know, if you have any questions Ralf FlexSim |
