and then go to Queue12

Hi! Kim

I try to use a preempt task to make the operator delay 20s.
Firstly I changed the preemption of UseTransport in Queue13, and then I sent a message in OnArrival to create the preempt delay task in OnMessage in NN1.

May it could helps.
