Tobias,

Amazing detail - excellent work! I am very impressed. I am afraid to ask you how many paths you used for the robot?

To increase the view count of your video on youtube try adding the following tags:
simulation, IMA, robot, kuka, discrete-event

Kris,

i used 20 pathes with 2 to 35 teaching points in it, but with your robot its nearly no problem to handle it.
This arrangement is only the first step to show the basic processing, the next step is much more tricky. Next week i will post a new one then you can see what i mean

Default Next Step

now i have finished the next step of the visualization.

To explain the situation:
We (IMA) build up the machine in the background. We have thought about where we loose performance and how we can increase our performance. So we get the conclusion that we have to bring out some of the processes from the machine. Now the machine is concentrated on their core competence the edge banding and some processing steps are handled outside.
With this constellation we increase the output of the system round about 25-30%.

The solution with the portal is only to show what is possible and to open the mind of the observer. The first solution is build up in our testing area and will be shown.

And now to the video.. enjoy it.

best regards
Tobias

Tobias,

I know that I gave you some coaching days and some support, but now you scare me.

What a bunch of great and fantastic models. These models show in my eyes what a user outside Flexsim is able to do with the software.
I really appreciate that you share the visualization with the Flexsim Community. Thank you so much.

I am looking forward to meet you the day after tomorrow and exchanging experiences.

See you soon
