saving docked windows as a view
Hello,
I would like to save a view, somewhat as saving a model view, but then the layout of all the docked windows I have on my screen, and be able to go back to that. For example I have opened a 3D view, some trees, tables etc and docked them in a certain way. Then I would like to save this view, because it is handy for analyzing one thing in my model. After I have for example opened the default view I would like to go back to the docked window setting that I saved, without having to open all the windows again and docking them in the same way. Does anyone now if this is possible? Esther |

If the default workspace option is too restrictive, you can define a node where you want to save the workspace and then use:
applicationcommand("saveworkspace",<node>); then to open that workspace: applicationcommand("openworkspace",<node>); |
