Default Bitbucket access

Hi,

With Mercurial and Bitbucket we can get the latest changes for the module SDK, DLL Maker and Rail API. But right now nobody from the community can upload anything. I've stumbled upon this with the attributes_table.h issue.

In the old Flexsim 6 days my dll-files got more and more different from it's origin and even more from the Flexsim files. In FlexSim 7 I would prefer to keep mostly near to your files. But sometimes there have to be changes of different reasons (like missing definitions or necessary extensions).

The bottom lime is, wouldn't it be nice if we could upload code suggestions in Bitbucket for the development team? The developers could check those changes and (if it's a useful change) merge it to there project or just discharge it.

What do you think?
