Default Entering and Exiting Waiting Lines

This "How-To" paper and accompanying model address a common situation that, although covered in the basic Flexsim HC course, continues to surface. In a nut shell, it answers the question, "How do I set up a waiting line such that patients enter at the back of the line and leave at the front like they should?"
