I'm trying to build a model where an operator works at 2 stations and his capacity is different at each stations. I have it working for the most part, but towards the end of a lot the operators loads from station 1 and then loads at the 2nd station and then unloads at both stations. So the sequence of tasks for the last part of the lot is - Load> Load >Unload >Unload.
I need the operator to always unload before loading again, that is - Load > Unload >Load >Unload.
Any ideas?

Varsha,

Try setting the Operator's Break To Requirement to "Same Load Station". This will make it so the operator only picks up items from the same place before going to pick them up from another load station
