Elevator Question - The lift of no return

Hello guys,

I've got a mini question.

From the elevator, paitent is able to proceed to paitent exit and patient processing. However, it doesnt work when I direct it to patient queuing.

Some help please?

Here's a little sample of a model with an elevator, registration desk, exit, and patient queue. It seemed to work just fine for me.
