Counting Flow Items
I was wondering if I could count the number of flow items being “packed” onto a pallet when the combiner is still collecting items. I tried to put a counter on the “on entry” trigger all doing something like: if (port==2) counter++; however this is yielding strange results. Of course I could wait until the process is finished and just do: content (item). However, this doesn’t really help me. Any help? Thanks?

You can just use getvarnum(<combinerobject>, "currentcomponentsum") for the current pallet.
For all items you should be able to increment your counter when port>1. |
