Transportation_Sequence
Hey guys!
I have a problem to realize my ideas in Flexsim. I'm trying to build a model, where two transporters are connected to a queue A. From this queue A the transporters always have to transport the items to a rack B and have to unload. After this they have to load on a second queue B and transport the items to the next rack C. After this, they have to drive back to queue A and begin the same prozedure from the first queue. How does it works that two Tranporter make a round trip? --> load on queue A, unload on rack B, load on queue B, unload on rack C, repest sequence! Could anyone help me? see the attached model as a basic

I´m sure the best way would be to use Tasksequences. So this Thread gives you a direction:
http://www.flexsim.com/community/for...ead.php?t=1153 and maybe you have a look in Help and/ or search Forum for how to use Tasksequences;-)

start with a very small model:
source, queue and operator Use a transport to deliver the flowitems to the queue. Select the template in the field >>Use transport << "Task Sequence Example 1". View the source code in the editor. Maybe you switch to the real source code and you use not the logic builder view. Jrg |
