AVI maker not working

I am trying to create an AVI file and the program is not working correctly. I follow the process as written in the manual but after creating the avi maker and hitting reset the compression selection tab never comes up. The program shows that it is recording the frames but no file is created.

Did you remember to right click in your view and choose the "set as sv()" option? If you don't select a view the message won't pop up. If this doesn't fix your problem can you list out the steps of what you are doing?

You could try to download and install a code media pack (http://www.download.com/Windows-Esse...-10662709.html). If that doesn't resolve your problem, we should do a gotomeeting with you so we can do it together on your computer. Maybe that way we will be able to see exactly what might be causing the problem. Please let us know if the codec media pack works.

I did install the fix and still it is not working. when can we do a net meet to work on this
