Operator

Hai, I have attached my model here. Why the operator 2 doesn't work at all in my model? Can somebody please help me out?

Because you made that all transporttasks from WIP Racks should be done by TE connected to the first centerport. (Flow Tab of Queues)
Further there is the opinion to use "first available". As long as you don´t give more tasks to the operators dispatcher allways would use first possible TE and this is Operator 1.
