mixing rail api task sequence and normal CTS

Hi everybody
Imagine the following:


1) execute railsequence

2) send message to a dispatcher or anything else and execute a CTS on Onmessage trigger for a different set of operation outside rail system

3) execute railsequence



What happens is that my train does the both moves 1 and 3 before 2 but I need 2 to be completed before start of 3).


I am missing something here but I do not realize what.


I appreciate any comment.
