Data Missing and Can not open GUI

I am come across with problem with CT3.02 & CT3.3, and need advise if anyone have any solution.

Problem description:
1. I could not open any GUI from CT3.0.2 and CT3.3. When I click on any icon, the system hang. (Window 7, 64 bits)
2. I could open the Global Preference. The default settings are all blank. Even I have re-set the configuration such as the compiler page, when I re-open the page again they are still missing.

In the same system Flexsim 6 is installed, but it is ok.

Any advise from anyone?

Did you try using the repair option in the installer? Or just reinstalling it altogether?
