What's the problem in the model?

In my notebook Anything does not appear in dashboard.

I use 64bit Windows 7 and Dell note book XPS 15z.
What's the problem?

Default Dashboard display normally in flexsim HC
Flexsim HC can display normally in dashboard.
But flexsim can't display anything in dashboard.

What's the problem?

Anyone help me!

Default Dashboard can't be supported in WIndows XP?
I am meeting with my customers using flexsim CT.

They use windows XP in their notebook.

Dashboard window can't display anything contents in their windows XP.
Dashboard setting picklist appear but can't display anything statistics on running.

What's the problem?

I want to know how to do.
