Creation of flowitems by percentage

Hello. How can i make a source producing flowitems by percentage? I know that i can choose By Percentage, but it only takes 5 rates. I want to insert 16 rates. I want to insert average arrival rates(in flowitems per hour) for each half hour. Furthermore, the sum of the rates is higher than 100. How can i do all that?

In cempirical, the total sum must not be > 100. But the rates i want to insert have total sum > 100.
