Problems with Source and ItemtoFluid

Hello, today I have 2 questions.
1. I am making a model of a fruit processing factory, a part of the plant which touches go smoothly discrete unit, for that use a ItemtoFluid, the problem is that according to the fruit comes, the equivalence in fluid oara each fruit is different. How could i set the ItemtoFluid for the time they reach a certain fruit, according to the type of fruit as this, you change the method and not have to manually place?
2. I need to ponder when ArrivalSchedule, I need this table comes from a table in excel, I care about, but not operating it in the Source. If I may?

I think your first question should be answered by using setvarnum(current,"fluidunitsperdiscrete",yourVariable);
And yourVariable could be stored on a label on Item.

If you want to create Items with informations of an excel sheet, easiest way would be to use a Source and the Arrival Schedule. Or you use Inter-Arrival Time and the option "By global Table Look up". This way your Excelsheet should be stored in global Table.
