Top Loader

I cannot see in the documentation how a Top Loader is deployed. For normal truck it is dispatched by using Truck gang, specifying which QCs are served by it and connecting every vehicle to the network of nodes.

What about the Top loader? how is that working? I cannot see any example for it.
I conect it to the network and allow it to be used by all the the blocks but it does not move at all through the simulation.

The top loader works the same way an rtg works. They are both yard resources.
