closeop
Hi,
I set the trigger on entry of Queue2: closeop(current,1); The command doesn't seem to be executed. Should it be executed as I want, one flowitem should be in Queue3 and the rest piling up at Queue4. Please assist. Thanks Chieng |

From the manual of Flexsim:
Close just outputportnum of object. Closing an output port of an object will block the exit from the object through that port. Modelers should only use this command when working with fluid objects because the internal behavior of discrete objects controls the opening and closing of their ports, and therefore this command may be overridden. For discrete objects the modeler is referred to closeoutput() and stopoutput(). So your answer is written here. Because you don't know what is going on inside the object use a different statement. |
