Default shortcuts
Just a few shortcuts I found in flexsim:

A, J connect objects
Q, U disconnect objects
S, K connect central port connect
W, I disconnect central port
D extended connect
E extended disconnect
N next flypath in presentation
B previous flypath in presentation
Space start presentation
X+Click change object or view information
B+Click additional key to change object or view information
C+Click show objects connect to center port
F+Click create selected library objects
R+Click create and connect selected library objects
G+Click switch properties window to new object (same class)
Ctrl+C copy
Ctrl+F find
Ctrl+H replace
Ctrl+N open new model
Ctrl+O open model
Ctrl+S save model
Ctrl+X remove
Ctrl+V insert
Ctrl+Space start or stop simulation run
Ctrl+Tab switch through windows
Ctrl+Shift+Tab switch through windows reverse
Ctrl+Left reset
Ctrl+Right step
Ctrl+Up double run speed
Ctrl+Down half run speed
Ctrl+Number jump to flypath number in presentation
F7 compile model
F8 fly mode
F12 quick save

Default
F1 open a short command help window of the selected command
F3 evaluate measurement type (I've got only an error message with this one )
F10 select main menu for key navigation
