But it looks like the flowtime does not exist. So maybe you wrote code on the onentry of the queue directly in stead of using senddelayedmessage.

yes, the first is not item, it is a FixedResource.

senddelayedmessage(NULL,0,current,0,0,0) doesn't throw the exceptions you are receiving so even if first() didn't exist, that line of code is not the problem.
