3D shapes with ProE
we have many 3D shapes which are built with ProE,we have changed them as WRL files. But when we import them into Flexsim, them can not been seen, where are they going? How should we solve this problem? Here I attached the file we made.
we have read http://www.flexsim.com/community/for...ead.php?t=1418, but that solution is very complex, we have meny 3D shapes and have not the other two softwares, Is there a simple solution? Thanks, hope your reply! |

Hi,
The version of the vrml you have exported is 2.0, Flexsim can only handle version 1 of vrml. See if ProE can export to version 1 of vrml otherwise try 3DS, STL (text, not binary). Lars-Olof |

Hi,
If you use 3ds format be sure that all the objects are in the same layer when exporting/saving for use in Flexsim. Lars-Olof |
