license problem relating to adsl

Hi, I am using flexsim 5.0.4 on vista in my home.

When I connect to Intenet through dialing ADSL connection, my flexsim cannot get license. When I disconnet the ADSL connection, my flexsim can get license and works well.

Could someone tell me why?

By default, the Flexsim 5 licensing system does not work with remote desktop connections and virtualization.

I don't use remote desktop connection.
I have received the license from flexsim server to my local computer.

Then, if I connect to Intenet, my flexsim still cannot get license. but if i disconnect internet, it works. It seems that it has something to do with address.

I use ipconfig to see my address. it will return different address if i connect to internet(a dynamic ip address allocated by my ISP)

If you have activated a license to your computer, then it shouldn't need to "get" a license anymore. The license should be available on your local machine whether you are connected to the internet or not.
