I'm playing with the basicconveyor. If I let a product enter, it starts with the front of the product equal to the leading edge of the conveyor. This is simular to the normale conveyor. If I give it a "bcsetitemconveystate" without doing anything else, the product runs until the backside of the product equals the end of the conveyor, which is not equal to the normal conveyor and gives problems when you have a few basicconveyors after eachother. Is this done on purpose or is this just done
![]() I know I can add a decision point at the end of the conveyor but I don't want to do that because my decision points are photocells and then the nr of decision points don't match the nr of photo cells anymore. |

I imagine this was done on purpose because the BasicConveyor is bidirectional. You should use more decision points and use their names to distinguish between the photocells and flexsim logical points.

Phil this might make sense (although I'm not exactly sure why
![]() It might be an idea to be able to switch, per decision point, the animation off. |

Yeah, when I initially created the basic conveyor, I wanted to have different decision point "types" with different looks, logic, etc., so that object developers could manage what users see. Haven't done that yet though.
