ATTENTION

I have an AutoCad file that I'm importing into Flexsim and, for the most part- it works.

However, I am losing some detail during the import. In this case, the building numbers and street names disappear in FlexSim. Also, some of the detail in buildings 723 and 727 disappear.

I've attached the AutoCad file if anybody whishes to take a look.

Ya, I have. There should be no reason for the missing detail (based on that set of instructions).

Gavin,

Make sure you explode all blocks in your drawing. That should cause the missing detail to appear. Regarding text, it doesn't translate over to Flexsim.

Hi,

Be sure that objects in the AutoCad drawing is not grouped together.

Using Explode and All is not working all the time, some time you need
to select the block first and then do the Explode.
This is one of the problem in your layout.
