1 on ship generated? 2 on ship been serviced? 3 on container droped in yard? |

If the berth is pushing containers to the yard, then the dwell time starts when the container is dropped in the yard.
If the berth is pulling containers, then the container's creation time is based on a backcalculation of the dwell time from when the ship will arrive. For more information about when it is "pushing" or "pulling", see the CT Help > Getting Started > CT Modeling Paradigm > Choosing a Data Driver. |
