Is there an easier way to set different process times on the same processor for different flow items?

Easier than what? There are many different ways to do what you are asking and each one may be better than another depending on why you want to do it. So, if you want to get any help that is good you will need to at least try and explain why you want to do this and what you are currently doing to solve the problem.
