Default After Express edition released, what's the difference of the licenses?

I want to know the limit of Express edition.
It looks like some different from the old trial version.

In the run-time license, all features including dashboard and menu are active without saving to the hard disk?

And I also want to know the other licenses of it.
The old license comparison pdf can't be downloaded and it is too old.

Help me.
