Default Passing task between 2 operators

I am simulating a manufacturing process where the process cycle time (~16 hours) is longer than one shift. The process requires an operator to be utilized during the entire task. Is there a straightforward way to interrupt the operator at the end of their shift, and deliver the partially completed task to a second shift operator? I apologize if this is an overly-simple question. Im fairly new to Flexsim, but I haven't been able to find a solution to this scenario posted yet.
Thanks!

hi,

you can give the Operator another tasksequence, which preempting parameter is preempt only. This tasksequence can contain a delay task. If you connect the operator to the other operator with object connection "a"-key, the interrupted tasksequence is moved to the other operator. I test this in a few hours. It works!
