Default MTBF field?

In the MTFB field of MTFB MTTR,
I know MTBF means mean time between failues, but I think this field is in fact time between failues(TBF), because the field need a statistic distribution. Am I wrong?

It does not necessarily need a statistical distribution, you also can assign fixed values there.

So it's up to you.

There was a longer discussion about how you can use the MTTR and MTBF functions to realize an OEE or limited technical availability in Flexsim:
