Exclamation model related query

Hi, I know I am sounding dumb, but I wanted to know how do i make an operator walk...especially speaking, I want know how to load a pallet jack( hand cart) and make a random operator at the machines to fill in products onto outgoing queue. so that another operator from shipping comes in and and takes it.

And I will appreciate it if anyone can tell me how to generate a weekly order and make my model follow it

i.e., X products -- 10000
Y -----200
z ---150 etc. for a week, I wanted to first send out the orders at random and then re run them depending upon on which machine takes an optimum cycle time for that product (X,Y, Z etc.,). so that overall process times and takt times will be decreased.

Thanks in advance guys, I would really appreciate the help.
