Default FlexSim License CheckOut - Missing Info

Sometimes user information is missing whenever the user checks out the license.

Why are some information missing? Is there any way that we can capture the user information whenever licenses are checked out?

We were having trouble looking at the logins from the log-file. I have an attachment in the original post.

The details are not showing up in the log files and that is the issue we are reporting.
