It appears what you have is a .dxf file. My quick and easy method of using .dxf files in flexsim is to use a FREE software called Greenshot. It is a screen capture software that allows you to easily capture your screen and save to a .jpg, .bmp, .gif etc. (All useable as textures to a visual tool in Flexsim). So that said - I maximize my AutoCad view (Change background color if needed) - Then use the screen capture software to save the file to my desired type. Lastly I will import as a texture to a visual tool in Flexsim. My last tip is that if possible I like to add a vertical and horizontal scale to the drawing in Autocad to use in conjunction with the grid in Flexsim if scale is needed.

Good Luck,
Ryan

Hi,
what' s wrong is the layout Autocad origin.
If you measure, with Autocad, the left /bottom corner distance from model' s origin you should get the following :

Distance = 2127.4174, Angle in XY Plane = 211, Angle from XY Plane = 0
Delta X = -1821.5517, Delta Y = -1099.0241, Delta Z = 0.0000

Therefore you have two choices :
a) move the whole layout into an appropriate location (shift of X = -1821.5517 and Y = -1099.0241)
b) change the visual tool location (X = -1821.5517 and Y = -1099.0241)

See see attached images.
